I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone searching for a chartered surveyor. He is very friendly, experienced and professional. I contacted him on Friday and he came to visit the property on Monday afternoon. He is easy to get in touch with via phone calls and text messages and he was very understanding about my rush to get the valuation report produced as quickly as possible. In just 3 days, he provided me with a 15 page detailed report on the property. Patrick is very good compared to other chartered surveyors I’ve worked with in the past.

Patrick and Mischa was very professional from start to finish. On time, stuck to their words & paid attention to detail.

Patrick carried out my survey quickly and efficiently There was minimal wait and he was also generous with his time after the report was issued to talk me through my questions and also give a ball park figure as to estimated costs for remediations which was really handy. I'd recommend.

Patrick Oliver of Aston James did two things for us: negotiate a price for our flat with a local authority who were buying it back for "regeneration", and conduct a survey of a place we were buying. In both cases (especially the tricky first one), his intelligence and attention to detail were quite extraordinary, and he kept on the case long after others might have quit or settled for less. This was impressive and was reflected in the results. As a surveyor and a person I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
