Kompletter Betrug, das angepriesene Klimagerät ist nur ein sehr teurer Ventilator der nichts bringt. Support hat mir zuerst die Erstattung bestätigt und später auf irgendeine Richtlinie verwiesen die untersagt das Gerät zurückzuschicken was natürlich nicht rechtlich ist. Mit viel Mühe bei PayPal zuerst abgewiesen worden weil ein Artikel für 0,00€ enthalten ist welcher den Fall nicht öffnen lässt. Beim 2. mal habe ich dir Option gefunden den Gratisartikel aus dem Fall zu löschen, erst dann wurde die Erstattung durchgeführt.

Really really bad
Really really bad. I placed an order then the same day asked to cancel it. I was told I couldn’t as it had been processed. That was on 26/6. Today I learn that the order had been shipped. And again have been trying to cancel it.
Don’t deal with this company. They are just awful.

Vorsicht
2 Geräte bestellt,wollte aber direkt wieder stornieren. Ging nicht,da die Geräte angeblich schon verschickt wurden. Geld wurde direkt abgebucht. Ende vom Lied.. die Geräte wurden nicht verschickt. Betrug!!!!!!!

This company tell lie after lie
This company tell lie after lie. Tell you the goods have been despatched when they haven’t, they scam a warranty charge onto your account without the option to deny. They will not refund the money stolen and make excuse after excuse. Sad day when I got involved with them. AVOID,AVOID!AVOID!

I purchased an AC unit from this…
I purchased an AC unit from this company on the 26th May. They advertised as one of the best units on the marketplace. They advertised 5-7 days delivery!
Today is the 24th June still hasn’t arrived they are a big scam. Please people don’t buy from them!
It was bought for my 5 month old grandson bedroom. I had to go and buy another AC unit to help him sleep.
This company is shameful Shameful.
