placed my order on 18th June, then realised within seconds that I has my old address on my pal-pay account. Contacted the company who advised them of the correct address, was told that the order had already been dispatched.... within 5 mins of ordering and it was too late to change the address. After trying for weeks to get someone to confirm the new delivery address, only for them to respond by saying we have to wait until it arrives in the UK to get the tracking number and contact the delivery company. No such number or contact was provided. I won't bore you with the details of how many email conversations I have had with this company but the long and short of it was I was offered a replacement or refund on the on the 29th July 2026. Obviously requested a refund to my paypal account!

1st August... still not been able to process the refund...oh now that is a surprise!

Today's email received apologizing for the delay!.

Would not touch this company with a barge pole, wish I have looked at the reviews before getting involved with them.

I concur with every review left regards this company & product. I only wish I had read these reviews before buying.
What I would say is persist with requesting a refund - my first offer was for 25%. After several refusals I ended up with 70% but I now also have an item only fit for the rubbish tip!

VORSICHT BETRUG!!! Habe Klimaanlagen und Reinigungsmittel dafür bestellt. Angekommen ist nur das Reinigungsmittel. Bei Nachfrage zur Lieferung der Klimaanlagen wurde ich auf die Lieferung verwiesen, wo das Reinigungsmittel enthielt, ansonsten seit 2 Monaten vertrösten. Angeblich Ersatzlieferung und dann wieder die Nr mit dem angeblichen Erhalt.

Scam company, partner ordered by accident and they advised they couldn't cancel even though it was less than an hour after the purchase and took over a month to arrive. They agreed he could refuse delivery for it to be returned and then when he did this they said refusing delivery was against terms and conditions... Steer clear

Absoluter Betrug! 160€ weg! Meine Geschichte deckt sich zu 100% mit den anderen Rezensionen. Bestellt und wochenlang vertröstet worden durch KI Kundenbetreuer. Als ich eine Frist setzte und mit Anzeige drohte kam eine Mail das der Betrag zurückerstattet wird - bis heute weder von der Ware noch von der Rückerstattung was gehört!
Anzeige hab ich nun erstattet - wenn es auch nix bringt.

Vor Wochen bestellt und noch immer nichts bekommen.
Stornierung der Bestellung ist nicht möglich da die Lieferung angeblich unterwegs ist. Eine sendungsnummer wird zwar versprochen bekommt man aber nicht.
Erste Lieferung ist angeblich beim Transport verschwunden aber Stornierung ist trotzdem nicht möglich.
Absoluter Betrug !!!

Bestellt am 22.06.2026 bis 31.07.2026 nicht geliefert.
Angeblich Sendung verloren gegangen.
Rückerstattung Kaufpreis ist eine Eierei.
Es wird noch Sendung versprochen nach 6 Wochen!

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all cost. It appears the entire website and reviews are Ai generated. Terrible customer service and the product is nothing more than a cheap, poorly made basic fan. Refund system uses delay tactics to avoid sending money for as long as possible. Would have given no stars if possible.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, sonst kann ich meine Erfahrung nicht teilen.
Die Ware wird, wenn überhaupt sehr spät versendet. Angeblich ist eine Stornierung nicht möglich, da sich die Ware im Versand befindet. Mir wurde vom Kundendienst mitgeteilt, ich solle die Annahme verweigern, dann würde das Geld erstattet. Nun erhalte ich eine Nachricht, das eine Erstattung nicht möglich sei, da eine Verweigerung der Annahme nicht den Richtlinien entspricht. Ich habe wahrscheinlich 160 Euro in den Sand gesetzt. Muss mich jetzt mit der Bank auseinandersetzen, damit ich mein mit Kreditkarte bezahltes Geld zurück bekomme. Das ist alles mit viel Aufwand verbunden. Ich rate von einem Kauf ab, da auch die versprochene Leistung dieses Gerätes sehr fraglich erscheint. Eine Anzeige wegen Betrug wurde bereits veranlasst.

Same as everyone else reviewing, struggling to get a refund. They have no intention of refunding me. This is a scam from top to bottom.

Well bought two. as loke everyone else it took over a month. i was fuming when i opened the plastic shipping wrap, as they were fans not air con, could not cool down the box they come in absolutly useless, now got to argue for refund and hope my card protects me. DONT BUY THIS TRASH OR ANY THAT RESEMBLE THESE IMPORTED CHINESE PLASTIC THINGS.

Am 12.06.2026 bestellt, nur vertröstet worden der Artikel sei versendet die Sendungsverfolgung Nummer bekomme ich noch. Wollte mein Geld zurück. Paypal Immer noch in Konfliktlösung

Die Ware wurde am 30.06. gekauft und bis jetzt nicht geliefert, nur vertröstet. Ich kann nur warnen, offensichtlich ist das ein Fakeshop. Ich werde Strafanzeige bei der Polizei stellen.

Wish I had read reviews on other sites before I ordered not just on their site. It took a month for it to arrive. On arrival found out it’s not a AC at all like it was being advertised but just a small bad quality fan. Trying to return it but they are refusing to give instructions how to return. Tried to call the company , was kept in the queue for a while . Had to hang up as no one was going to speak to me. That call cost me £40 . Emailed them daily about sending return instructions but just get an email now and then saying someone will get to me but no one does and I’m still waiting. I have raised a dispute via PayPal about payment and refund so waiting to see what happens. Please don’t order from this company! It’s a scam!

Die Ware wurde nie geliefert sondern es wurde immer vertröstet das die trackingnummer noch kommt, aber nach 14 Tagen kam nichts. Zum Glück hatte ich über PayPal bezahlt und so mein Geld zurück bekommen.

So schlecht diese Seite gehört gesperrt für Deutschland nir Lug ind Betrug gekauft und keine ware erhalten habe einen fall aufgemacht bei pay pal so ärgerlich
