Excellent customer experience
Had an excellent customer experience. Purchased shoes pre- Christmas. Easy process, great selection and prompt delivery. Unfortunately shoes didn't fit so I've now arranged an exchange for an alternative size. Customer support team were lovely, helpful and very efficient. Vessel golf bag
On the 12th December I ordered and paid for a vessel golf bag for my sons birthday on 22nd December , on the day of his birthday the bag had not been delivered so I rang the company to find out what had happened as I had not received it they informed me over the phone that I would receive on the Wednesday Christmas Eve ok not a problem I thought, so we gave my son what we bought him for Christmas for his birthday and visa versa. Come Christmas Eve still hadn’t received the golf bag so I rang again only to be informed that they would ring me back,they didn’t ring but sent me an email which I didn’t pick up till late afternoon to be informed they were out of stock and awaiting a delivery, so this eleventh hour response was far to late to get him a replacement or present for Christmas.So why tell that they had sent it and I would receive it at the latest Christmas Eve. I’ve read all the reviews about this family run business and how professional and how happy customers are I can only beg to differ on the lack of professionalism and lack of communication on even letting me pay for the golf bag when they obviously were out of stock so I urge any one wanting to use this company not too touch them with a barge poll and that I’m still awaiting a refund and apology from this unprofessional of companies

A trouble free ordering experience
A trouble free ordering experience. Ordered some Ariat boots from these guys (as good a price as I could find anywhere). The boots were delivered very quickly with good communication throughout and no issues. The boots are as expected (and fit,thankfully) so no need for further help or support.

Failed to deliver the ordered product
I ordered a pair of Crispi Hunter GTX boots on 19 November. After hearing nothing for several weeks, I followed up with a phone call and was told they would be shipped shortly. After several additional calls, I was assured the boots would arrive before Christmas.
The boots never arrived, and I was forced to cancel the order. I am still waiting for a refund. It has now been seven weeks since I placed the order, and I was not kept informed at any stage. Any updates I received required me to follow up by phone, and the information provided was consistently inaccurate.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They completely failed in every aspect.
I placed two orders just after Christmas. The first order was required for a forthcoming holiday. I spoke with their team on 3 separate dates to confirm the delivery date and was told each time that it would be delivered on the agreed date. I offered to pay to upgrade to next day delivery and they told me that I wouldn't need to.
Come the agreed day of delivery and....(drum roll) no delivery. Rang them and they then go and check and find that the order hadn't been dispatched.
The second order was for a pair of Tricker boots and some shoe cream. I paid extra for next day delivery. I received the boots in good time, but the incorrect colour and style were sent. The shoe cream has yet to arrive.
Hopelessly incompetent and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. I'll spend my £500 elsewhere, hopefully with a retailer that will not repeatedly fail to deliver on their promises, that will deliver all of what I ordered and will deliver the correct items.

drop shipping ?
I ordered a pair of deck shoes from Farley Country Attire and was informed shortly after that they were out of stock but would be arriving very soon. After several weeks with no update, I followed up and was then told the stock still hadn’t arrived but would be in the following week. Unfortunately, this also turned out not to be true.
In total, it took six weeks from placing the order before I eventually had to cancel it, having received no accurate information about when (or if) the product would actually be available. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and unreliable stock updates.
