New Ariat work Boots 10/10 service & communication
After changing my mind on the boots I wanted.. the return, refund & exchange was very easy and quick.. communication is 100%, I am already loving the new boots "Ariat GroundRancher" almost too good to work in... will definitely be back again..

Great quality products
The quality of the jeans I ordered was great. I did have a slight issue with the time taken for me to receive the items - it took a day or two longer than stated on ordering, but when I contacted Customer Services they were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Quick to order via the chatbot, not so quick to access to human beings. Heavily reliant on AI including weekends where access to chat bot is closed. Refunds have to be undertaken online. Poor timescales on refunds. Won’t order again.

Gorgeous Boots
The boots themselves are gorgeous! Really sturdy and they look and feel good quality. I did have a slight issue with delivery, however this was rectified quickly by customer service and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
