Repair and communication were all very good. Didn't give it five stars as upon return some small details were annoying
1 Boot "hanging" floor not replaced
2 Dash cam left unconnected at both ends of the power cord
3 Steering ball left disconnected
These are all fairly minor issues which I could sort out, but for some customers it would have meant going back to the workshop to have the points rectified.

The work done on my car was excellent. Not a trace of any damage whatsoever. The garage were prompt to order the parts and make the repairs as soon as the authorisation was granted. They then organised a smooth and efficient drop off of the vehicle at a time and place that suited me.

Really pleased and would trust my car with them again should it be required again. (Fingers crossed not)

The work that was done was superb and I had s very clean car in and out when I got it back. Also was very helpful that they delivered and picked up the rental car that I had.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the guys at Crawley, Simon and Lauren are so friendly and incredibly helpful, my car was repaired earlier in the year, but my rear fog wasn't working (rear was repaired before and the car not even 2 years old) so I went and saw them about 20 mins before they closed and they were able to sort the car there and then! They are the best, I won't go anywhere else for my repairs (which I hope to not visit if I can help it!!)

What can I say - these guys are brilliant, I always dealt with Simon, whos customer service level and putting customers first is spot on. Anyone who knows me, knows my car is my 'baby' and from the time Simon took possession of my car to handing it back to me, I felt I was being looked after and I knew my car was in safe hands to get quality work carried out and I was not wrong, I really am so so happy with how my 'baby' has come back, amazing work by an amazing team and a huge huge thank you to all those that worked on my car. AD Williams did a first class job on repairing my car following an accidents, providing me with a courtesy car and keeping me informed. the fantastic service also included sorting out an unrelated water leak I would highly recommend them

After our car was hit while parked our insurance company instructed AD Williams to carry out the repairs. AD Williams delivered a courtesy car to our home address and took our car away for repair. A week later the car was returned as new. Great service would highly recommend.
