Quick and professional service all round.

Used by insurance company for insurance claim. Volvo picked up on 08/12/21 returned 30/12/21 (22 nights) for repair to driver and passenger doors. Constant excuses about parts coming from Sweden. No quality checks carried out before returning the vehicle. Obvious missing trim to windscreen (forgot to replace) and drivers door misaligned. Car picked up again on 11/01/22 and returned 19/01/22 (8 nights). My car had a milage of 37,854 miles and 38,263 miles on return - so it didn't just sit in the garage. A 5 year guarantee for the work carried out issued but this must be inspected annually by AD William Crawley. In effect this is worthless to me.

Professional, courteous and efficient. My car was collected and returned as new. I was kept up to date throughout.

AD WILLIAMS collected my car after it was involved in an accident. They arrived on time, explained the procedure to me, took the car away and left a courtesy car.
The damage was fixed in the time frame they had said and my car was returned to me at the exact time agreed. The quality of the work is great.
Couldn’t ask for a better service

After having a small incident I had to contact my insurers. I was put onto A D Williams Who took total control of the whole problem. I dropped my car off, it was cleaned and repaired beautifully and returned to my house. Absolutely no stress on my behalf. Thank you A D Williams.

Very unhelpful service, vehicle went in 9th December and was returned 6th Jan ( the works order noted 5/6 working days) I made several attempts to seek clarity as to when I will be receiving my vehicle back to then be given the run around. 23/12 contact, was told my vehicle ready but not enough staff to return it, 30/12 contact, was told could not release my vehicle until I paid VAT??? I am not a company this is a private vehicle and was told I needed to contact Auxillis direct to sort out. Not the best experience that a customer needs, the company should take some learning points from this to avoid another dissatisfied customer’s . Auxillis and my insurer Admiral have also been informed.

Fast and efficient service and a quality repair

Very pleased with the work carried out also the staff that picked up and returned my car , they explained what was going to happen in great detail. Well done .

A great job done and a nice courtesy car to run around in.
However I didn't expect the job to take 3 weeks. I appreciate it was over the Xmas period with 3 Bank Holidays but having been told on 2 occasions when I should get the car back and it didn't arrive, I found the process disappointing.

Customer services excellent and kept up to date with progress of repair

The first time in 48 years I have made a claim on my motor policy and both the Insurance Company and the garage made the experience what it should be. A.D.Williams staff were helpful, efficient and professional. The repairs were carried out quickly with the minimum of fuss and you certainly could not tell that the car was ever even scratched.
