Car Repair
Car got damaged in a collision. Went to AD Williams for repairs and a great job they did too. Rear windscreen fully replaced and dents removed, couldn’t tell it had even happened. Dropped the car back to me at work also, very good service.

Great customer service
Fantastic service received throughout the whole process. Kept in contact with me with updates throughout the repair, and dropped the car back off at such short notice. Would highly recommend and use again!

Poor customer service put right
Due to Covid and staff shortages communication was not as good as it should have been. I regularly had to chase up for progress. And the repair of my car took quite a bit longer than promised or anticipated for a number of reasons. My experience was more stressful than it should have been. However when AD Williams realised my experience was not as positive as they would expect it to be, they took action to rectify matters to my entire satisfaction.

I used A D Williams Crawley because they are Audi approved. Now i know a little bit about car repairs so that makes me any repair centres worst nightmare. However i could not fault any of the work they did.

Volvo V40 repair
Had damage to my Volvo V40 after colliding with a deer. The process in getting the car repaired was dealt with with very quickly and the quality of the work done was very good. Would definately recommend AD Williams.

AWFUL
AWFUL. My car was damaged in any area when I collected I questioned the man and he said it wasnt them - 1000000% didnt take it in to them in that state i complete bodge job was one to try and cover it up. The repair they have actually done is incorrect after have an approved BMW dealership check it for me. So they did my repair wrong and damaged the other side - fantastic!
Also said my car would take 7 days ended up being about 16 days. Probably because they were trying to quickly sort out the further damage caused.
