Ordered an Xmas present for my son, it never got sent out and they never replied to my emails! Had to get my money back through my bank in the end.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Ordered the string shooter on the 21st November. I've not had the product and no information on shiping ect. Absolute scamers!!!

Ordered 2 makeup brush sets, emailed customer service , don’t expect anything back, 😳😳😳wasted £55, of hard earned money, they were on instagram, they need to vet these companies.
They where Christmas presents, don’t think they are going to turn up, hate being ripped off.

Ordered web shooter for Xmas. Paid £25 never received goods. Emailed company with no response. Absolute sh*te. Do. Not. Order. From. Them.

Absolute scam. I normally ALWAYS check trustpilot and for some unknown reason I didn’t. No reply to any emails I have sent (and there have been loads). Then looked online, I paid £39.99 for 2 interactive balls for my dogs. Saw the ad on TikTok (foolish I know). Looked the product up and Amazon sell them for £4.99!!!!! Cannot believe I fell for it. Don’t make the mistake I did. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The reviews on their website are fake!

Ordered the spiderman string shooter for my grandson. The money has been taken from my account , no confirmation email and they’re not responding to my emails , X dm’s etc

Ordered a ln item. Thinking it looked like a great gadget. Their website said they send within 24 hours. Over a week later and nothing. No communication.

I ordered the web shooter paid 24.99 sent mant messages but not received any email back still waiting for my order this company is absolute scum taking people's hard earned money and scamming them is disgraceful will have 1 unhappy grandson this Christmas

I wish I checked trustpilot brcgure ordering from this company. They used U.K. web address to deceive people. I ordered gir almost two weeks now, no order was delivered, sent messages, no replies. Not sure if I can get my money back as I used my debit card to pay

No item received. I wish I would have read trust pilot 1st .... apparently they steal the videos off other site and use ai to make them look better ! Luckily I paid with PayPal , and got my money back

Scam company, do not use. Ordered something weeks ago. Zero customer service after several emails to them.

ORDER A 3D SANTA CRASHING INTO THE DORR TE AD CLEARLY SHOWS ITS 3D WITH KIDS TOUCHING IT ETC. WAS EVENTUALLY SENT 2 PRINT OF SANTA WITH RINGS FOR HANG SUCH THAT ARE BROKEN £27 DOWN THE DRAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED CHECK TRUST PILOT UNLESS ITS A COMPANY YOU ALREADY TRUST.

Absolute scum, selling kids viral toys just to rip you off.

Bought dehumidifier bags. They don't work at all, last less than 24 hours before they're apparently used up (ads say 3-4 weeks) and customer service don't reply to emails. I don't usually fall for these sorts of scams but clearly got caught out this time. Don't be duped.

They are scambugs. Stay away. After paying for a product, you never hear from them.

Wouldn’t have given this company a one star but had to unfortunately to write this review I ordered on 20/11/25 and not heard a word back I’ve contacted via emails ! Meta ! Clearpay ! And their own website? But nothing back from please stay away from them they are clearly a fraudulent company that just doesn’t care for acknowledge their customers I’ve been extremely patient and have asked for a full refund asap let’s hope I receive my money back soon!
Please don’t order from them you won’t get any kind of service 😡

I placed an order and have still not received. I paid via clearpay and they have said they can not get involved with getting a refund. I have sent a number of emails and have had no response from them.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. No order ever received

Bought an item from an ad on facebook, got an email saying my payment has been received. After this there was no communication, no dispatch, no reply to emails. Raised a dispute through my credit card and am thankfully getting the money back. I should have used trustpilot before buying, please stay clear from this website.
