If I could give you 0 stars I would. I paid £35.96 for one of the Wuffie dogs. I got a cheap, substandard toy that I couldn't give to a child of any age.

It took almost 4 weeks to come.

They used the genuine wuffie website ads and have no scruples. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Same here.. no delivery of the product and no reply to any emails sent. DO NOT BUY

I ordered 2 x Web Shooters for my Grandsons back in November which never arrived. I’ve contacted Adorease via their website and customer services through email. I haven’t received any response or notification of dispatch so I’m guessing this is a SCAM website. I’ve now contacted my bank to address the fraudulent payment.

Paid £25 for the wrist web shooter for my grandson beginning of November the item to date still hasnt arrived ,nor have i had a reply to my follow up emails. pure scam

Ordered a toy webshooter on the 28th of November for my son after seeing the ad, I received an email stating the order was made, and I've heard nothing since. Contacted them 3 times with no reply ,unfortunately it looks like £25 quid down the drain.

Took my money got nothing!!

Bought two charred goblets as a gift still not got them.
I've messaged them numerous times, each with no response.
I should have checked their reviews.
Appears to be a scam company, that takes the money and details and runs.

i received the christmas light machine that i ordered but it was very poor quality and i will not be using it

I ordered 5 sets of makeup brushes and paid for them
Now realize that I have also been scammed after trying to contact them several times. 125 pounds up the swanny.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering as the company is clearly a scam. How is this even possible when promoting ads on Instagram. Like most, ordered the webshooter for my son for Christmas, on the 24th November. Received order confirmation the same day. A week later no delivery confimation so chased - no response. Chased again a few days later - no response. Chased a 3rd time giving an ultimatum and that I would report them and leave a 1 star on trust pilot - no response! Its now 17/12 and I am yet to receive my order, response or any dispatch confirmation. Now reported them to my credit card provider. SCAM! AVOID!

Never received item. Money taken. No item received. No communication.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! ordered the web shooter toy for my daughter as have many others and this is a scam, I was charged and never received the item. How people can do this for Christmas presents is a new low, they never contacted me and when I tried to raise a query and contact someone you get ignored.

Bought led projection light doesn't focus unless you place it about 12 inches from the wall or ceiling totally useless give it a wide berth don't waste your money.

Shame I had to even score them 1 point would not have even given them 1 star in fact it would be a - score!!!
They’ve taken my money for 2 Xmas gifts no updates no communication no responses to emails. So basically stole my money!! I did not do my due diligence and research the company before I gave them my money. Please don’t make the same mistake!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
