Joseph Toscani at Adam’s Kaye led on the sale of my late Mother’s flat in Richmond. It was an unexpectedly difficult sale with elements of legal complexity that might have killed the transaction. Joseph was excellent in all respects. He was, at all times, calm and measured. His communication was exceptionally clear. He was not just responsive to calls and emails but actively updated us daily during the tricky periods. This was a distressing time for me and my siblings, but Joseph made things as easy as possible. It’s the best conveyancing experience I have had by a long way. The wider firm clearly has a good culture and when Joseph was away one day and we needed help a senior partner stepped in. Overall - absolutely excellent.

Coming into the property-buying process, I expected dealing with solicitors to be slow and difficult, but that was absolutely not the case here. Giorgio was incredibly responsive—every time I called, I got through to him directly, and every email I sent was answered within an hour.
