Every single member of the Walker's team were so professional and caring. They made the horrible process of arranging my husband's funeral easier and took as much pressure from me as they could. From the first appointment to the day itself I felt supported and knew that they were at the end of the phone if I had any questions.
I would highly recommend them.

Experience with AB walker has been faultless from day one. Emma Francesca and the team helped my family and I to manage our grief. They showed empathy and kindness through all the different processes involved and ensured that we were not stressed at any stage with any of the procedures or processes involved with the funeral. This made our process for grieving much easier and allowed us to concentrate in overcoming our own grief in time. They also helped me to ensure the ashes was safely packaged so that I can take my father‘s ashes abroad without encountering any challenges along the way. We are very grateful to AB walker for their kindness and empathy shown and would recommend their services to anyone who may wish to consider in the future.

It wasn't an easy time for us as a family as mum had opted for a simple funeral so I was feeling a little awkward and a bit sad that we weren't going down the usual path. Everyone I spoke to was so lovely and their kindness and experience in dealing with everything was so appreciated and we opted for a scattering of the ashes and a remembrance day that we won't forget.

The staff at AB Walker made what has been most heartbreaking time of my life just that little bit easier with their care and support . Everything I wanted for my husband they arranged for me. Rachel and Phoebe at thatcham branch kept me informed every step of the way and were so kind and understanding. Explaining every detail and cost so I knew exactly what was going to happen

They staff were very nice spoke to us politely. Even though they might not go through what I was going at the moment but they they were talking to me as if they have gone through the same situation, that really helped me in one way.
