From the first moment you walk through the door you are treated with so much care. Nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the whole process even the tiny details were accommodated with patience and understanding. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Such a lovely experience under such awful circumstances.

On behalf of all my brothers and sisters we cannot thank the Tilehurst Team enough for taking care of our beautiful sister Margaret. The staff were so supportive, caring and guided us through the sad journey. I would like to add a special thank you to Francesca who went over and above her duty taking care of us all.

Such an amazing team at Wokingham. You made a very difficult time easier for us and I will always be so grateful. The ceremony went perfectly too.

My mum and I can't thank AB Walker in Tilehurst enough for how amazing they were from the initial phone call, meeting held with us, the funeral itself and even after.
When we met the gentlemen first off and then the ladies Francesca and Becky in the office, everyone was curtious, empathic and very understanding during our time of grief. AB Walker was a good choice
Rachel organising, and David directing on the day, were excellent at looking after us and our dear late mum. I appreciated their warmth, compassion and attention to detail with nothing too much trouble.

From our first contact with Bev, at the Wokingham branch, everything has been first class. Extremely compassionate throughout the arrangements and accommodating with changes to the actual date of Dad's funeral. Bev was absolutely brilliant, also Heidi, Julian & Kirsty deserve mention for their total professionalism, and apologies to the rest of the team on the day of the funeral, who were equally professional but I didn't get to speak to. All of you made a very difficult time, much less of a burden, and for that thank you all !

Emily from AB Walker couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic if she wanted to. Nothing was to much trouble. Emily helped and guided us through one of the most difficult times in our lives, the death and funeral of our son. I would highly recommend AB Walker to anybody who needed them. Very professional, very calm, very helpful.
She guided us through what was needed throughout the funeral process, and came up with things that we hadn't even thought of.
