I found them very professional put you at ease explained everything and then organised everything to our wishes. Everything went like clockwork on the day just what you want. I was very easy to speak to and organised everything. The way we want it could talk to them any time of the day you wanted. I will always our willing to listen to your wishes.

Exceptional service from the moment i spoke to them. They were able to reassure us at every stage to ensure Mum was looked after as we made preparations for the funeral. They were able to advise, counsel and support us through a very difficult time. I can not recommend them highly enough

Where do we begin? From the start to our son Tom's final journey, to the end. The team at Walkers went above and beyond. From Bev Roberts (funeral Administrator) at Wokingham and Nicola Cleland
(celebrant) and lastly Don the (conductor). They all acted with great professionalism and care. We didn't have a clue but they ALL supported us through. After the service we reached out re: bereavement therapy and group sessions and Bev has kept us in the loop.
We cannot recommend them enough.

The whole process from initial visit to your offices to arranging the funeral and the cremation itself was handled with respect, politeness, courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. The whole team were amazing - very polite and respectful but also friendly and helpful. I was treated like an individual and not like I was on a conveyor belt. Anna is a huge asset to your company and helped me all the way - nothing was too much trouble. And Harry also remembered me every time I visited and would always ask me how I was. I was also struck by the fact that despite the nature of your business every member of your staff was welcoming, smiley and seemed happy to be doing their job. You don’t get good customer service very often these days but yours was spot on … wouldn’t change anything.

Bev Roberts at AB Walker couldn't have been more helpful, it's not an easy thing to have to go through but Bev made it so much easier. She gave good constructive advice, organised everything as we wanted it and was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed

Staff are extremely kind and helpful.
Cremation although not attended was still conducted with dignity.
Being able to say a final goodbye in your Chapel of Rest really helped.

Very caring and committed staff. From the receptionist to the organisers / administrators and coffins bearers / drivers. All very professional and caring. I know they do this every day but they still made us all feel like we were their most important customer.
