Having lost my lovely Mum in june 25, AB Walker in woodley acted promptly to start the process and kept in touch throughout. Great support and understanding in tough times. Katy was fantastic and i still need her services to this day to finalise.

Bev and Heidi at the Wokingham office were very supportive and kind throughout the organising of the funeral, and kept everything moving forward in a very difficult time. We were able to hold a most appropriate send-off.

Everyone was very kind and understood what I wanted and explained what was happening. I felt at ease to leave them with my choice of arrangements.

Becky Spiller at the Tilehurst Branch made a very difficult time for my sister and my self that little bit easier.
She was so patient and understanding from the start to finish. The day of our father’s funeral was made very respectful from ABWalkers part.

From my first contact with the funeral administrator I was treated with great sympathy and efficiency. The funeral arrangements were fully explained and everything , including a lovely service sheet, was organised very quickly.

nieces as they were very pleased with the service
they received for their Mothers' funeral. I used the

did an excellent job in arranging the funeral details

AB Walker had been recommended to us by a friend. We had a discussion with Natalie before my husband died. She was helpful kind and understanding. When my husband died my contact to organise the Funeral was Kate in Maidenhead. At this difficult time I could have asked for no one better to help me both with practical matters and having time to listen and talk with me. At the funeral the pall bearers were punctual and helped things to run smoothly including at the Service afterwards at the Crematorium.

Sympathetic and thoughtful customer service, Kate showed endless patience with us at such a difficult time, wouldn't hesitate to recommend AB Walker.
