Every single of member of staff was thoughtful, considerate and kind during every interaction I had - right from the moment they collected mum from the Care Home to managing the service at the Crematorium. Everything just went so smoothly with their assistance.

A truly remarkable firm for handling cremation services. They tended to my father with genuine compassion. Their support and guidance were invaluable to me, always available to address any inquiries I had. The wonderful gentleman who transported my father was incredibly kind and thoughtful. AB Walker is exceptional.

The service you need at a difficult time. Our family have always used AB Walker. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff are so empathetic, efficient, there where when you need support from them. Nothing too much trouble for them to assist.

A very big thank you to Sue Currie at A B Walker for organising our family’s memorial jewellery. Sue went above and beyond to ensure our ash pendants were with us for Christmas. I happily recommend and don’t often leave reviews but thought on this occasion I must say a heartfelt thank you as the service we received from Sue was outstanding!

From the very start of contacting them, then to the meeting with Francesca at the Tilehurst office to go through all the arrangements for the funeral of my late husband, to the day itself, they were very friendly, informative and were excellent throughout.

When mum died we found AB Walker to be very professional in dealing with all aspects of her funeral. Special mention to Beverley and Clare in helping with all the arrangements and also to James, who helped us so much on the day and ensured everything went smoothly.

My boys and nephew took my dads coffin in , total respect, but they couldn’t have done this without the fantastic guidance from AB walker , who spoke with them and guided them, , amazing guys , a tough time for all family, but also beautiful, they carried him in so gracefully

Your professionalism ,compassion , empathy and absolutely outstanding service made a very hard and difficult time more bearable. Such an amazing Team at Maidenhead Office. The process of arranging the funeral and all the finer details in-between was dealt with such compassion and completely hassle free. The Team have gone above and beyond their duty of care , nothing was too much we just had to make our wishes known.
A special mention to Kate who was fantastic . We never felt rushed , we always felt greatly supported and valued. We appreciated her attention to detail, flexibility even at short notice she would accommodate us-we couldn't have been better looked after by Kate even if she tried.
Delivery on the day was faultless, brilliant guidance throughout ,it went smooth , it was kind and respectful. A huge thanks and a special mention to James and his Team.

Had to chase a lot of things
Emailed re requirements for ashes requesting they were put in a daffodil scatter tube. But when I collected them they were in a standard box. Due to timing and needing to collect the ashes on a specific day, couldn't be bothered to mention it. Some more attention to detail would have made experience a whole lot better.
