I recently took part in Absolute’s training session on How to Work as a Telephone and Video Interpreter, and I found it very useful and informative. The session was well delivered, engaging, and gave me a clearer understanding of how to use both the web and mobile app and manage telephone and video interpreting assignments. The trainer was friendly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer our questions. I am also very happy to be working with Absolute and appreciate the support and opportunities provided to interpreters. Overall, it was a really helpful and positive training experience.

There were so many different tasks covered

Training was delivered well. The trainer was very engaging and had lots of experience to draw on which was was very beneficial for us.

Even this is the second time I did this training, it was great to refresh some information and it was helpful to hear from other interpreters problems, just in case I have to face the problem myself.

An excellent company to work for. I have been with them for a few years. Even when we had an argument, regarding parking fees on which policy I was not updated timely, we managed to resolve the issue peacefully, demonstrating mutual respect and understanding. I wished I could do translations for them as well as interpreting. The company also provides occasional training to improve our ethics and resolve technical problems.
