Very prompt, courteous, professional service with excellent follow up.

I had a new boiler fitted by AB Plumbing. The work was carried out and a completed to our satisfaction. Shane the engineer worked really hard and didn't stop until the job was completed. A really good company, I recommend this company if you want a first class job done.

Through your excellent utube video I managed to identify it needed repressurising and then followed your step by step instructions which explained everything perfectly. AB Plumbing have just fitted a new boiler and five new radiators. From first contact to completing of the job everything was managed exceedingly well. Communication was good, Adam (I think) arrived on time to do the inspection for the quote and was helpful and not at all pushy. The quote arrived on time and the job planned. The only minor hiccough was that the planned two day job was extended to a three day job because of staffing issues but this was communicated early and the option to reschedule given.
Shane who did the work was great - professional, courteous and a very high standard of work. No mess and carpet protector put down from the front door to everywhere where there was going to be work done including the stairs. Pricewise they were very reasonable. The quote included the boiler and radiator manufacturer and sizes so I could have a look on the web to see if they were comparable which they were. Labour costs were also very reasonable.
It is really nice to deal with a company that do everything right. If only every other company were the same! I have also left this review on Which Trusted Traders.

Have used this company for many years & always feel get excellent service at a reasonable price. But most important is trust, never feel overcharged or pressure or additional made up problems to hike up the price. Would never use anybody else, the one time we did due to pressure from a “builder” we used - biggest regret & nightmare.

Detailed quote for boiler replacement provided swiftly and included extra work such as rerouting of gas pipe and patching up of brickwork ( very well done ).
Old boilers removed and new one installed within time frame to what appears to be an excellent standard.
No problems since and paperwork including liaising with Worcester all satisfactory
