2 weeks and still haven't received part of the order
I placed an order for tile which was supposed to be delivered whitin 2/3 working days, however it toke 8 working days and still I haven't received the tile clips after 2 weeks.

Brilliant company
Great company. Fast delivery. Good communication. The order was delivered damaged but scott quickly put a replacement through which arrived the day after he organised it which was very much appreciated! The only downside was the really high delivery costs which could put some people off. But the 30cm terracota clay drainage hopper was delivered on a huge over night delivery pallet of its own so thats where the cost came in
