The repair engineer Mr Yavor Petrov sent by ABC-Maintenance was exceptional. He was on time, extremely considerate. kind, compassionate, efficient, informative and helpful. I was incredibly impressed with Mr Petrov.

As I am chronically ill and severely disabled I often struggle with having engineers, etc in my home. Again Mr Petrov made it a much easier, less stressful experience.

I must also commend the office member of the ABC staff Petya who set up the appointment.

Very reasonably priced.

Binu was so respectful, he dresses clean with his uniform, he protected his foot before entering into my house.
Binu , was very clear and direct with his explanation on the suspect fault with the washing machine. What I really admire about Binu was his knowledge on the job, he was fast and very careful with his handling of the washing machine..
He was very helpful with vital information about how to care for washing machine.

Binu is brilliant. He explained all the issues. Very clear and straightforward. Great service.

Had to replace a broken IKEA integrated fridge/freezer. A really lovely guy called Yavor arrived from ABC who was very polite and courteous, and worked quickly to remove the old one and get the new one installed.

He also inspected the old unit and told us the previous assessment of it was wrong, which might help us claim on the warranty when we had been told that it was voided! He also took extra time to ensure it was installed correctly as the unit is a slightly different configuration to our previous one. 5 Star service would definitely use again.

Washing machine repaired swiftly and Yavor is very professional
