Ordered a stain glass lantern. When it arrived and was ready to be installed, it was found the top was broken. They sent out a replacement top at no extra cost.

Great service, great product and would use again
We purchased 43 individual switches and sockets.
The product quality is excellent and the antique brass finish we were looking for was spot on.
We had one problem with part of the order with the back boxes not quite fitting and Gary rectified this (and promptly refunded the difference in price).

Hard to find sockets and switches with a back box , ordered one to see if I liked them . They look amazing so ordered more , they even called to make sure my order correct . Fabulous product and service .

So understanding
Bought some switches which were great however I ordered the wrong finish (my fault) I called Sockets and switches and they agreed to swap them free of charge and post them to me at no extra cost.
All I had to do was send the originals back at my expense. They made a stressful situation of my own making a pleasant experience by being so understanding & helpful.

Excellent Customer Service
I have used Sockets and Switches before as they have a really great range of items. On this occassion the switch I ordered was faulty. In no time at all I was contacted by the manager himself who advised me that a replacement bit would be sent out first class. Great customer service.

We are sorry to hear this - the screws on the rear fix the mechanism to the front plate and clearly should not be taken out.
Only the terminal screws are normally used.
