Click and collect. All carried out very smoothly

Ordering was easy. Response was prompt and the process and pick up very efficient

Ordering process was straightforward.
Website easy to use.
Order assembly and availability was excellent.
Pick up arrangements could have been better. Understandably stores have needed to adapt quickly to a Covid lockdown environment however collection process was not ideal.
I arrived at store where there was appropriate measures in place, QR codes, sanitiser, open door and table blocking entry indicating pick up point.
I then waited approximately 10minutes while two people at counter attended to phone calls and person in workshop went to & from counter. Ultimately product was provided. This is not intended as criticsm of any of the staff who are operating in a constrained and, I expect, low revenue environment however the customer service approach in a Covid environment could be improved.

Very quick ordering process. Very quick turnaround to have the bike ready - only 3 hours.

Online system was easy and accurate to use. Staff were careful, professional and thorough. Great buying experience.

With Sydney in lockdown I wss unable to travel from my regional home to collect the bike when it arrived in store. 99 Bikes arranged to deliver it, along with those for other out-of-town customers, at a convenient pick up point 170 km from Sydney.This was achieved in a very customer focussed manner and it never appeared to be a hassle for them.
99 Bikes is now very much my preferred cycling retailer and I highly recommend them for their high quality service and professionalism.

Staff tried to ignore the growing queue outside. No staff member acted as if they actually wanted to serve customers. Very poor service.

The staff have been amazing from helping select a bike, to problems from misuse fixed in a day. Couldn't be happier and have verbally recommended to friends.

When i presented Byron and his team at 99 Bikes Brookvale with some tricky compatibility issues with Wahoo and bike they came through and sorted it.

I brought an old bike to 99 Bikes at Brookvale for a service/tune up. They replaced the tyres and tubes, which was fine, but the rest of the service was total rubbish. They somehow missed the fact that both crank arms had massive cracks in them all the way through, and if they oiled the chain it was probably just by walking past it with an oily rag - it was squeaking like crazy by the second ride afterwards. I doubt they actually did a test ride either (as they claim in their advertising), otherwise they would have realised the front brake pads had been poorly adjusted (by them) and were catching on the wheel rim. I got the impression they were only interested in flogging new bikes and could not be bothered with the servicing side of the business. I would not go back in a million years.

Spending of voucher did not consider current Sydney conditions, as I went to spend my voucher along with a purchase but could not click and collect as part of voucher conditions, but could pay for delivery. Delivery was slow considering local store was more convenient for click and collect, and would have enabled use of the purchase when needed, and not 4 days later.

Really friendly and helpful team at 99 Bikes in Brookvale. They've got a good selection of products as well. Will go back there for sure.
