Neil Catley was an incredible support from start to finish. His knowledge alongside the time taken to understand you and your situation is second to none. Neil has helped us both with a personal and business mortgage and has been fantastic for both. His team support and guide you through from start to finish. My Sister-in-Law fully recommended Neil. From the word go, Neil was fully onboard with us trying to locate the exact product for us. Crystal clear comms via Teams and voice calls. It's an anxious time obtaining a mortgage that is 100% right. The procedures, systems and protocols that Neil took care of was outstanding to say the least. It is imperative to trust the person acting on your behalf; to provide the right product to suit and Neil came up with the goods. (I wasted 7 months with Nat West playing around with my application - just dreadful, disgusting service) - I have recommended Areti Mortgages and will continue to do so.
