Rob (driver 33) - brilliant service and very friendly
Rob (driver 33) has just delivered a bike for my mate. It was quite complicated as the bike didn’t have panniers and needed a service in 450 miles - not ideal as we were meant to be going on holiday! Rob was very patient, professional and friendly. Top man, great service!

Great service by Rob (driver 33). Very helpful in resolving an issue with service interval which limited mileage to 400 miles so replacement bike sorted which took a lot of patience by Rob.

All round excellent service
After reporting a no fault road crash on my motorbike. I was amazed at the service I received. I was talked through the options and procedures and also given a replacement hire bike whilst the claim was settled. Communications were excellent, appointments on time and updates all the way, The end result was not disappointing under the circumstances. An impressive service and George Chambers, Jodedi Makuba, Minesh and the the 2 collection drivers should be congratulated in particular for the example they set for the company.
