Took 11 days for them to ship my order after receiving a confirmation email that i had ordered the product. Still 3-8 days until it arrives. If I'm lucky the whole process will be under 20 days. '47 needs to do better.

The now 8 very expensive lacers are of great quality and the stitching is impeccable on the patches.

Waiting on a Blue Jay's Lacer. Crossed fingers they make one soon.

My 6 t-shirts just came in and the speed of these deliveries to London Ontario Canada has been very quick.

The material used is a bit lighter than I'd would have expected for the price, however the shirts are very comfortable for hot weather and if their were the 2 raptors shirts in XL it would have been 8 in that delivery.

I've never tried to get a promotion.

When I did contact them about looking for something I've not seen on their site,within 8 hours I received a message back.

I'm sorry others have had such poor experiences, but I have not had such experiences in the last 2&1/2 years of ordering.

I thought I'd add some positive feedback for people to read as well.

Order delayed for several weeks with no explanation. Once it was shipped the tracking information provided was inaccurate (FedEx had no record of the shipment). Emailed customer service and waited three days for a response (again, no one knows what happened). No phone number so you can't actually talk to a real human being. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Awful customer service, bought hats on Canada Day based off a promotion where I would get a free Canada hat. The order comes with no free hat, as there was fine print that it was the only first 100 orders of the day, despite the fact I literally swiped up off an Instagram ad and bought the promo right away. The customer service rep Tristan then got mouthy after one reply. Insanely deceiving behaviour to list an inactive sale, and then not give a promo hat for a customer who had spent hundreds of dollars previously with the company

Ordered two hats one blue jays and the other a grey raiders cap , what I received after a lengthy shipping period was a complete different hat, needless to say lesson learned, will send back and deal with a legitimate seller

Just like all the other reviews left, customer service is TERRIBLE. I tried to cancel my order then reorder and was told by Paul that I could not cancel. Really! And do you know why they don't cancel? Because you send it back and they
charge a $7 stocking fee! Any problems that you are having, call your credit card to cancel payment and get your money back. Just send these reviews from people. No kidding, this place shouldn't be in business

47brand.com is a fraudulent website and/or a scam. they were having a "sale" and I ordered a hat from them over three weeks ago. they charged my credit but, to this day, have yet to send a shipping confirmation. when I contacted their support, they said they were having "IT" issues.

I have no idea what this company is doing but I've bought their hats before (from a different source) and this experience has ruined the experience. I followed up multiple times this week and haven't gotten a response. I will request a refund but who knows if that will go through.

do not trust 47brand.com. buy from anywhere else.

I ordered 2 caps and one Blue Jays shirt. They added a free cap for buying the 3 items. When I received the order the 3rd cap was not in the package. It was a bit disappointing since the items were not great quality. Cheap materials.

I accidently ordered the wrong thing. I emailed them within a minute of making the order. They responded they could not change the order but they could cancel it and I could order it again, I agreed ans asked them to cancel it and I re-ordered....They didn't cancel the original order or respond to any of my pleas to stop the order (I was getting frequent updates, such as your order is about to ship, it's shipped, etc).

When the original item came there was no invoice / receipt or anything in the box indicating who to contact or how to return. Just a box with a hat.

Their customer service is AWFUL. I am going to have to deny the charge on my credit card. What a hassle.

My go-to for hats. They have really good sales and very well-made products. The prices are reasonable even when not on sale. The shipping prices are fair, even cheap, and the shipping speeds are quick. I love that they have merchandise from so many different sports teams, including national teams.
