Simplement le pire service après-vente auquel j’ai eu affaire.
Ne vous trompez pas dans votre achat, car il sera alors impossible d’obtenir un remboursement ou de retourner l’article.
Pour ma part, j’ai dû échanger au moins 30 à 40 messages avec eux sans jamais trouver de solution, suite à un bug sur leur site où j’avais payé une étiquette de retour qui ne m’a jamais été envoyée.
Et la seule solution qu’on m’a proposée a été de repayer sur leur site, là où le bug s’était produit.
Vraiment le pire service après-vente toutes marques et tous domaines confondus.
Ils sont malhonnêtes et cherchent à vous endormir sans jamais proposer de solution concrète.
Je n’ai jamais dépensé autant d’énergie pour essayer, en vain, de me faire comprendre.

Customer Service is Non Existent - Items Missing
I placed an order for 5 hats, only 3 were in the package and I have submitted multiple customer service requests since they do not have a phone number. I’m really disappointed because I do like their hats and order from them frequently as a ‘47 family member’ but this experience makes me really question if I will ever order from them again.
How can a company so big not have more standards for customer service and not having a phone number just blows my mind.

I placed an order and it never shipped. I’ve tried email and messenger to get an update with zero response. I would recommend people stay away from ordering from 47brand. It’s a shame because I’ve always liked their products that I’ve gotten elsewhere.

Paid $25 for overnight shipping, they pocketed the money and sent the cap via “free ground shipping”—I’ve email them 4x requesting a refund for my shipping: no response; I tried to call but their VM is full. THIS IS THEFT. Don’t shop here. They’re fraud, no customer service while promising a response within 24hrs.

They sent me a shirt that had been printed totally crooked. And off center. I submitted a ticket to their customer service a week ago and never heard back. I’ve received about a dozen marketing emails from them in that period of time, though. Bad product, terrible customer service. Would never buy from them again

Ordered two hats and only one showed up. Submitted a request that day (two weeks ago) and never heard back. I submitted two more requests through the website and email and have not heard back. Frustrating to never hear back after multiple complaints since my order didn’t show up. Will never order again and steer others to another site.
No number for customer service or actual email
The delivery address they input for my order was different than the one I used when I made my purchase. They have a policy of a 2 day wait before submitting a request for a non-received order. I sent a request the day my order was supposed to be delivered with pictures of my order confirmation and address because FedEx had told me that I had to have the company change the address. They say they have a “within 24 hour” response time. It’s been 4 days since I sent my first request. I’ve sent another email hoping they actually respond but not keeping my hopes up.
**Update: fedex ended up returning my order and i got a reply from the company saying because their “teams work very hard to process orders” that they can’t change any addresses/information. Maybe if these guys ACTUALLY had a QUICKER/HELPFUL customer service team and phone number to be reached at, they would have a better reputation. They just want money and for people to buy their product. They don’t care about anything else. They’re more than happy getting back product so they can turn and sell to someone else.

I spent $194 with this company on 11-28-24. They indicated that my order shipped 12-1-24. As of this date I have not received my order and cannot get in touch with the company. Phone goes to voicemail that is full, email is ignored, chat goes to company that charges $53 to talk to someone…no way to get in touch with anyone. DO NOT order from this company…can’t be legit!!!
Terrible Customer service
Terrible Customer service, order was suppose to take 3-8 business days, meanwhile took over 21 business days. Customer support just told me basically to deal with it. I will never buy from this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered 12/1 and only part of my order shipped and was received 12/7. I followed up with an email to inquire why only half my order was shipped, and the customer service agent responded referring to the wrong product in my order that I had already gotten. I followed up again and haven’t heard back. You cannot call this company which is already a red flag to me for an established brand. Won’t ever shop here again!! Terrible response time, shipping, and customer service.

Their system and data has ben breached
I am a Denver Broncos Fan living in the UK. I do prefer the 47 cap to other brands. I tried to purchase from them but no international shipping.
I since bought caps 47 caps for all my UK pals at Denver Airport on the way home.
I still get loads of emails. I tried unsubscribe, but it definitely does not work. Be careful when unsubscribing as I believe they may try to get you to downlond a “ROP”.
I emailed 47 corporate to ask that I was removed and recived a timely resposne to confirm.
Problem is, I have received 2 further spam emails from so-called 47.
Caveat Emptor going forward as i belive their system has been hacked.
