AWFUL customer service
i accidentally listed the wrong shipping address, tried to immediately rectify the situation and they told me that orders are immediately processed and the address could not be changed. it has been sitting in this “processing” for 4 days and at no point could reinstate a shipping address? i then went on to ask for my money back because who has money to throw away these days and they essentially told me that they won’t be doing anything to help me since i made the mistake. i understand it was my fault, but it was an honest mistake and their unwillingness to help a customer is flat out disgusting. don’t shop here.

Ordered a hat from ’47 Brand on February 7th and waited almost a month for delivery. The tracking stopped updating on February 13th and the package was apparently lost by USPS.
trying to get through to customer service was an absolute nightmare. Customer service did issue a refund, but the problem is the hat I ordered is now completely sold out, so after waiting weeks I ended up with nothing and can’t even reorder the item I originally wanted.
I understand shipping issues happen, but after waiting that long it would have been nice if the company offered something more than just a refund — like a replacement when restocked or a discount on another item.
Pretty frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a college baseball cap. It arrived in blue velvet. It did not say on the site when I ordered that the Duke baseball hat was velvet blue. It is so ugly!! I have ordered many times from this site. I won't in the future. I need to pay for the return, which is $7 dollars.

Unprofessional Customer Service & Zero Accountability
I’ve been a loyal 47 Brand customer for years, so I was shocked by the terrible service I recently received.
I initiated a return through USPS and dropped it at my local UPS (USPS picks up from UPS locations). The package was lost—either USPS never picked it up or lost it before reaching their facility. I immediately contacted 47 Brand with all tracking details, expecting them to work with me on a solution.
Instead, their customer service rep sent sarcastic, dismissive emails and refused to help resolve an issue caused by carrier error—something neither of us controlled. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn’t care.
For a company this size to have such poor customer service infrastructure and unprofessional staff is unacceptable. They’ve completely lost my business and trust.

17 days to get a simple order. Unacceptable for a premium brand with really amazing, quality products.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have now emailed them 3 times about an order that I placed the begin of December that still says is being processed. Terrible customer service and shipping. I will never order from them again. Hopefully the person receiving my gift will not be disappointed that it is late.

I ordered a hat for a gift on Nov.30. The web site said free shipping and it would ship in about three days. It is now December 9 and I still have not recieved the hat. I sent an email inquiry on December 6 and they saiad I would get a responce in 48 business hours. Have gotten no responce. Worst customer service, no communication, I can’t even cancel the order. Even if I return the order, they charge$7 restocking gor a stocking cap. Do not buy from these crooks!! I will never buy from them again!!
Slow shipping
Extremely slow at throwing a cap in a box and shipping it in a timely manner. Has been over a week and they are still preparing my order. Will never ever buy from again. Got a refund back from PayPal and ordered the same cap from Academy Sports and they shipped the same day.
Very late shipping from this retailer
Very late shipping from this retailer. Don't believe them when they say your getting upgraded shipping. I've been waiting for my delivery for almost 2 weeks. I checked with FedEx and and there's nothing upgrading about economy shipping plus late shipping from them.
Mystery caps
Bought two mystery caps.. received the same cap twice. The two caps was in the same box so they could have just put back one and pick up another until its not the same...

The hat I received had manufacturer defects and it sat lopsided , and I emailed them about it and they said too bad they are still charging $7 return fee.
terrible exchange policy
terrible exchange policy, i tried to change my order because i clicked the wrong hat (on the same day) and would not change it, even though the order had not yet been processed. so i waited for the hat to be shipped so i could get the same hat color/design in a different fit and they would not. never shopping here again. very disappointing because i always thought their hats to be high quality.

peu de propositions sur ce site. comparé au dot com. Je reçois des articles, heureusement en promotion car une fois reçu j’ai l’impression que j’ai commandé un certain site asiatique au logo orange…qui eux assument faire de la photocopie. Je suis venu chez 47 justement pour la qualité d’une de mes casquettes…sur la photo c’est identique mais à réception un peu déçu du modèle que je voulais rigide mais au final léger et agréable à porter. idem pour un short et 2 t-shirt, qualité acceptable. A environ 10€ pièce ça passe mais pas au prix fort non. J’ai vu qu’il y avait 47 brand.com et non eu, je pensais que c’était identique, le contenu est beaucoup plus riche sur le dot com et pas d’impression de bugs. La plupart des recherches affichent une page noire sur 90% sur dot eu. Merci pour l’expédition rapide. Je ne tenterai pas un achat au prix fort. A voir sur dot com. Dommage ça pourrait être bien et ça mériterait car c’est une bonne marque à mon goût depuis toujours.
Order still has not shipped
Order was placed seven days ago. Not special or limited edition items. Just four T-Shirts. They blamed it on one shirt having to be reprinted yet the other three have also yet too ship.

My daughter bought me a Boston ball cap…
My daughter bought me a Boston ball cap for my retirement. It was dark blue and very soon faded to grey. Sent email to customer service with a picture and was told by Peter that this happens if it’s been worn in the sun and sweated in. I guess they are for indoor low activity. Asked them to replace it and was told they don't warranty after wearing. I have many caps that don't do this. Never again!!!
You call that “Loyalty”?
I have been a loyal 47 Brand customer for years. Recently i noticed all my loyalty points had disappeared. This is substantial because I have been collecting them for years after thousands of dollars in purchases. When I reached out to customer service I was eventually informed that they changed their policy and the loyalty points that had NO expiration dates now expire after one year. I was not notified of this major change in policy or I would have obviously taken advantage of my hundreds of dollars in discounts. Shameful customer service.
