I worked with Shelley Rounding on the sale of my late mothers retirement apartment, which was took a long time to sell due to the current market. Shelley was always patient and very responsive. Communication was spot on throughout the whole process from doing searches , dealing with our buyers solicitors, through exchange and completion. I would definitely recommend Shelley to anyone, buying or selling a property.

I’ve worked with Bina and she was really amazing to work with ! I also worked with a different solicitor a few years prior from the same firm and also had a great experience then. They’ve been very patient and kind and took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my question. I’ll definitely use this firm again if I need a solicitor :)

Excellent service
Shelley provided excellent service in the recent sale of my London property. She was diligent, thorough and had great communication throughout the process. She shared her phone number which allowed me to call her directly, making it much simpler to work through legal requests.

Amanda has been nothing short of exemplary in her management of what has transpired to be quite a complex house sale where she has had the additional & unforseen task of not only chasing up the deed of trust but expediting it's provision in May rather than the quoted July; powers of persuasion indeed!! She has also been readily available outside of what I would define as reasonable working hours & if I could award her ten stars, I would be remiss not to do so.
