They work at a snails pace and require constant chasing for them to do the simplest things. Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you have a strict deadline, unless you particularly enjoy constantly progress chasing people who don’t appear to work on anything you require.

Shelley Rounding was fantastic as a Solicitor with a couple of property sales/ purchases. She is fast to respond, thorough, great advice and excellent service. What can be a very long and stressful process, Shelley has handled everything with professionalism and care.

This law firm was actually a recommendation to me but I would absolutely not recommend 360 Law Services based on my experience with them.

I instructed the firm to handle my house purchase. Although the purchase ultimately completed, 1 week before my mortgage offer due to expire, the process was significantly more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been.

Throughout the transaction, I experienced repeated communication issues and had to regularly chase for updates and progress. There were significant delays surrounding the Deed of Variation relating to the property’s rent charge, which created considerable uncertainty around the transaction and my mortgage offer.

The most serious issue occurred after completion. I transferred money to the firm specifically so that they could pay the property’s service/rent charge after they agreed to do so on my behalf. The payment was not made for approximately nine weeks. I subsequently received a formal demand from the housing services company stating that the amount remained outstanding.

The payment was only made after I alerted the firm to their failure and repeatedly chased them to make the payment using the funds I had provided them nine weeks earlier.

The firm ultimately acknowledged this as an administrative oversight and, in its final complaint response, accepted that holding client money for a specific instructed purpose and failing to make the payment for approximately nine weeks was a serious service failure. They also acknowledged that this exposed me to unnecessary stress and a formal demand.

The complaints process was also extremely disappointing. I submitted my formal complaint on 25 February 2026, yet it took over five months to even receive a final response. The firms complaints process was also inaccurate in their engagement documentation that I was provided at the start of my purchase where it contained an email address that didn’t even exist, forcing me to contact multiple other areas of the firm to actually get my complaint logged due to a lack of appropriate complaints steps.

I repeatedly had to chase for updates, and the firm ultimately missed a deadline it had set itself for concluding its investigation. In my view, this was wholly unacceptable for a professional, regulated law firm.

The firm’s final response upheld the service-charge failure and partially upheld the communication issues. Following further negotiation, the firm agreed to pay compensation to settle the complaint.

There was even a further administrative error after the settlement had been agreed, when the firm accidentally paid the settlement twice. I immediately notified the firm and returned the duplicate payment. While this was ultimately resolved, it was another example of an avoidable administrative error.

I acknowledge that the firm ultimately recognised some of the issues and provided compensation. However, the amount of time, effort and stress required to get to that point was completely unacceptable for a regulated law firm.

My overall experience was that I had to continually chase the firm to ensure matters were progressed, including matters involving my own funds. For a legal firm handling a house purchase, I expected significantly better communication, ownership and administrative control.

Unfortunately, I would absolutely not recommend 360 Law Services.

Our solicitor at 360, Cherie made the whole experience of buying a house especially as first time buyers so easy with no issues! She was always a phone call away if we had any questions or were unsure about something. And made it so easy highly recommend!

Tea is just what you need when buying or selling your home. In our case, both. She doesn't miss anything and will keep you informed constantly. She was calm when we weren't and was always on the end of a phone. She made a difficult sale as stressless as she could. Which was a miracle considering our buyers delays. All with a Okie Dokie at the end of a conversation. She's fabulous.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have just sold our parents home which is an emotional time for anyone but they were friendly compassionate and efficient they kept us up to date throughout the whole process which was seamless!

I'll start out by saying I'm not a big fan of coveyancing solicitors but 360 Law Services were a breath of fresh air and not what we have come to expect from this industry. The were always contactable by phone (including mobile) and email. One point of contact - the actual solicitor dealing with the sale and not some junior. Quick to respond and pro-active in progressing the sale. And reasonably priced to boot! I am speaking as a developer and someone who buys and sells regularly. They are the best I have come across, by far. I will definitely be using them again.
