I am honestly reading through the reviews and wish I had a positive experience as well but unfortunately that is just not the case. I wonder if we have just been unlucky with the case handlers we've had. There has been a complete lack of communication from the people handling our case. I only found out after chasing incessantly that the previous case handler had left the firm and someone else was taking over. Over one week on and we have still not gotten an update on our case. Other people in the chain have also commented on the lack of communication which the new case handler dismissed, saying their primary duty is to communicate with us, however we are also not being communicated with.

This is so frustrating and it is honestly hard to believe that businesses treat their clients this way. I have called every day this week and the assistants of the case handler keep promising to get back to us but of course that never happens. The case handler has also missed his own timeline which he communicated in writing to get back to us with no communication as to the reason for the delay or when we can expect to hear from him.

I am increasingly getting anxious about the lack of communication and worried SAS Daniels will cost us this move.

Editing to add that I have now made contact as advised..I really hope this gets looked into and will be awaiting a response to my email.

From start to finish, SAS Daniels have done a superb job in dealing with the sale of our bungalow. they kept us updated at every step and were happy to answer our (sometimes trivial) questions either by email or telephone: praise must be given for someone always answering the telephone; something that is rare in today's world. Poor communication l get the impression they just want the money constant bills for not much activity uncaring and badly advised
