More problems just want a return and refund now!
I already wrote a review regarding my ordering of a product, the product arrived damaged and was refused and I could not get in touch with the company as they do not provide a legitimate customer service number on their site and no one responded to my emails
Well, they responded after I wrote that review and offered to send a replacement
The replacement was also damaged and unsafe for use but not noticed until after delivery
I have written back with pictures to the person who contacted me (Marc) for two days without response
I asked for it to be returned due to damage and because the legs do not attach safely
Screws were stripped and locked in the metal and the right hand legs are at an angle tilting toward the seating area so it could give way easily and fall on me
The screws will not go in properly and they are already popping out due to the weight of 200 lbs on them
So will be disassembled and moved back to the garage awaiting a ltl pickup for return and refund
The left front corner had noteable damage I thought I might tolerate when it arrived but I am disabled and have difficulty seeing so didn’t notice other damage until afterwards
Also bubbles on desk top and fraying around all edges of top in addition to the damage where it appears it was banged into the left front corner
It’s broken underneath
Also scratch on privacy panel
No response
They also refused to provide me with a working phone number to contact customer service although I asked multiple times
They just ignored the request
As this is my third attempt to purchase this desk (twice from this seller) and all have arrived damaged and unusable
I would like to return for full refund
They still have not changed the fake phone number on their website so someone can actually contact a customer service rep with problems or questions
My next step will be to contact the BBB and file a complaint to get this desk picked up, returned and refunded to me

Placed order on the 5th of November…
Placed order on the 5th of November requested shipping information on November 10th, the order was just cancelled, I had to reach out to them and they just cancel it do to not enough in stock. You need to update your website if you are not able to fulfill an order. Horrible experience.

Unreliable so far!
Half of my very first order never showed up (refunded) and my entire second order isn't in stock.
