They shipped my order to Washington…
They shipped my order to Washington state when I live in NJ. I know my address. I put in the correct address for shipping so why the hell did it get sent to WA??????? I gave my order extra time to arrive bc of all the natural disasters but when I actually looked into it, I noticed the incorrect address. I'm so frustrated. Never shopping here again! Should have paid the extra $15 at Lowe's for something way more reliable! I better get my money back or sent out my product. I'm pissed.

I was having a really hard time finding Bigelow Green Tea at my local BJs warehouse where the product is normally in stock. After internet searches, this was by far the most cost effective way to go. Ordered and had the package at my door within 2 business days. Very Pleased!

We appreciate all the feedback we get.
Allow me to explain some of our processes to shed some light on your order.
We generally do not charge your card until the order is shipped out. After checking on your order, I see that indeed, the charge was in a pending status upon placing the order and then only fully charged once it was shipped.
I also see that you order had gone through a verification process which happens when our system detects that the order is at a high risk of fraud.
This doesn't happen often.
When we get an order like this, we ask the card owner to share a picture of the last 4 digits of the card and their identification . This is to protect the card owner from unauthorized/fraudulent charges. These images that are sent are immediately deleted and not used anywhere else once the order has been verified.
We would never want to charge someones card without their consent and we have found this process to prevent a lot of these issues.
We hope this helps explain why you were asked to provide this info. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking to improve our systems and processes.

a very safe car seat and booster chairThe car seat that I ordered arrived…
The car seat that I ordered arrived exactly when the company said it would. I installed it as a booster chair for my granddaughter who has not sat in it yet, but installing it I saw how safe I knew my granddaughter would be. I have seen other booster chairs and actually purchased one while waiting for mine to arrive and was so dissatisfied with how the product was I returned that booster chair to the store where I purchased it and instead installed the one that I ordered.if I ever have to purchase another one I would definitely purchase it from safety first
