I had noticed the box repackaged and…

I had noticed the box repackaged and damaged...thought nothing of it until I opened the package a few days later...10 inches of the roll is cracked apart...still sealed in the original plastic...

New one was shipped to me...great communication

PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM 2xSavings

I placed an order on April 9, 2023. Received the wrong item on April 16, 2023 and have been trying to return it ever since. I have sent several emails as they do not offer customer service over the phone. They don't respond to emails either apparently. After sending an email on April 25, 2023 informing them that I feel their non response was an attempt for me to miss the return window so they wouldn't have to issue me a refund they responded with a return call tag number and told me UPS would pick up the package. When UPS didn't pick up the package, I called UPS. They informed me there was no pickup scheduled and that 2xSavings should have given me a tracking number. I sent them another email asking for the tracking number and nothing (crickets). So far I have sent 5 emails trying to return incorrect shipment and get my due refund. I will never order from this company again. I strongly suggest if you are reading this review, rethink your decision to place that order. Yes, the prices are great, but remember you get what you pay for. I'm also leaving this review on the BBB site as well.
