Furthermore, when I inquired about solar, he informed me about some of the pitfalls other providers are not forthcoming with, yet 1st energy is completely transparent with all the facts

With increasing electricity and electricity rates from 1st July in Victoria I decided to finally "bite the bullet" and look at getting a better deal to try to alleviate my ridiculous rising momentum energy bills.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of discount 1st energy was offering at a "compare" website. But, was dreading how complicated the changeover would be. How wrong was I? The process was so quick and simple and the customer service team member Satish was a delight to chat with as it all went through.

(In fact I only felt compelled to write a review, which I never do, because the service far exceeded my expectations ... well done 1st Energy and Satish)
