Had Mick and Nigel as my installers, couldn’t be anymore helpful on what they were going to do and the preparation to ensure no mess was made. Windows are top quality and will be using these again in the future. Great job thanks guys

From start to finish professional service and my blown windows are now a thing of the past. Customer service brilliant for any questions. I really appreciate the feedback call after every thing was finsh and completed. Big shout out the James the window fitter so polite and kind very respectful of our home and tidy. Well done James you really represented the company. My dog loves you. Malik really great sales rep explaining our options and talking us through things even added on some sealing for free after my cat damaged it. I would definitely use again and recommend to others

I contacted 1st call repairs after having some work done by a cowboy builder that did absolutely nothing. Material coming off after a few days ect…. 1st call came out to access the situation and was just as confused as us at what they saw. They explained everything to us and gave us a quote on everything we needed redoing and some little extras we asked for. The price was very reasonable and the time frame for them to start the work was very quick. Work was done over two days due to not having the correct ladders for the height which was no issue for us. There was no mess left behind. Overall very happy with 1st call direct, I’ve been left feeling confident in the work provided. Thank you

A friendly team overall. Got glass replaced, the quote was reasonable but the service was great. Would definitely use them again for other projects and recommend others to give them a try.

Tried a few before to fix hinges on the conservatory and they never got back . Rang these and within a hour rang me back to arrange a time to see them and following week had.my new hinges fitted , by a excellent window fitter

Excellent and fast service from initial consultation through to installation.

It could be even better if at the initial consultation they also took the measurements. The initial sales person took some rough measurements to produce a quote but then they sent a second person just to do the actual measurements.

A top company l recommend, did what they said,delayed on the day of fitting, but informed me and worked round my commitments, to complete same day, fitter was very good no mess, will definitely be using this company again

We recently had an issue with our French doors I had never heard of this company before and seen one of there vans on my way to work and thought I must arrange to get the door sorted …. With 3 days we now have a fully working door again after months and months of annoying me great service and friendly staff hopefully won’t have any further issues with our doors but definitely use and recommend this company

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to payment. Had a window fixed with a broken mechanism and was really pleased with the quoted price, the gentleman that came to do the work ws really friendly, no fuss and gave me some advice on another window I was having an issue with. Got a phone call shortly after to check i was happy with the work and service. Would have no issues recommending this company or using them again for any other works.

A bit of messing about with changing arranged dates for survey and fitting but the fitting went great. Quick, clean and tidy.

Happy with the service I received ,no hard sell just a honest quote came out same day measured and checked hinges. 3 days late a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman came did the work no messing very happy well done

1st Call Window & Door Repairs have done a fabulous job of repairing and replacing my conservatory windows, and at a great price. James the installer is both professional and efficient, not only completing the job very quickly, but he tidied up and finished off by cleaning my windows leaving my conservatory looking sparkly and new. I'm looking forward to having a new patio door fitted, as my current one is so old 1st Call are unable to repair it due to the parts no longer being available. The only feedback I could give is that there was some confusion between 1st Call Repair service and their sister company 1st Glass. They deal with all manner of sales and after requesting a quote for a new patio door there was a lack of communication between the salesman and the repair company, when I requested changes to my repairs. My query did eventually get resolved, after a number of telephone calls and perhaps I should have approached the 2 different companies separately. All in all, I'll be back 🚪 🚪 👍

OMG I am blown away with the service I received. Rang them on Wednesday and I got a call back on the same day by a lovely chap called Adam. He was so polite and honest, I told him I’ve had a price from a national company to replace my windows. I explained it was just the glass that had condensation in it and they wanted £700 to replace the full window. He advised me to just change the glass as long as the upvc is in good condition. Alister popped out the same day to have a look, and to my surprise 4 days later I have a window that looks amazing thank you so much 1st call. I saved my self some ££££
