Placed an order on 13/05 and received email confirmation confirming Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping. Still haven't received my items. Have sent multiple emails with no reply and no one answers the telephone number on their website. Only communication is multiple spam emails.

Order flipflops on website on 20th April, paid and ordered confirmation same day. still waiting 3 weeks later (11th may) for delivery, started emailing and leaving voicemails on 1sr may, no response to any email or voicemail yet. a real let down and very poor customer service
