When we dropped our car at Malaga airport for our outbound flight the person accepting our car couldn't even be bothered standing up or getting off his phone. We had to approach him whilst he remained sitting on the floor. We handed him the car keys but were reluctant to leave our car as he was taking no notice of us. Very poor customer service.

The collection on our return to Malaga was even worse. We tried contacting the phone numbers provided for 50 minutes but no reply. The company had our contact phone number and could have called to say there was a delay. Eventually we walked up to the meeting point in the car park where another single female customer had been waiting 60 minutes. She said she was upset and extremely angry, like us.
Eventually, the company answered our calls, no apology just "We're busy due to flight delays". If this is the case, surely a phone recorded message should have been organised or preferably a personal phone call to each customer. When our car arrived 10 minutes after this point, the driver offered no explanation or apology. We were given the keys and the driver said he had no complaint book and just walked away.
Totally,totally unacceptable. This company should be ashamed of this level of service.
We will not be using them again and wished we had read the other reviews first.

Malísima experiencia. Después de que el coche permaneciera un tiempo con ellos debido a que no pudimos viajar por lo del corona virus, cuando lo recogimos habían anidado ratones en el motor y parte del cableado roto. Todavía nos están dando largas diciendo que el caso lo está llevando incidencias. Siempre responden lo mismo y no podemos hablar con un jefe directo o responsable. Nos dicen que enviemos e mail. Los e mail siempre son los mismos. Y ya no podemos esperar más, ya han pasado casi 6 meses.

In August 2021 I reserved a garage at Malaga airport for 12 months. When I returned in December there was a deep scratch over the hood about 1 meter wide. I sent them pictures the same day that we picked up the car and we have tried to get a response from them over and over again but they keep ignoring me. In May 2022 I went back to Malaga. This time the car was covered with red sand, even inside!!! I didn´t believe my eyes. It wasn´t a little dusty but literally full of sand. Now it is not possibIe to use the seats without covers even after we have left the car for a full and very expensive reconditioning and cleaning that they didn´t want to pay for. If we wear a white or light shirt/ blouse there will red stains from using the seat belts. It is obvious the they have left the car outside even though I paid for parking inside. This time I didn´t return my car to them when I went back home. Instead I rented a private garage. I will keep trying to contact them about the scratch but I realise that it is of no use. My car will never be the same again.

Unos sinvergüenzas. No se hacen cargo de los desperfectos que le hagan al coche. Te dan largas para que te aburras. Siempre contestan lo mismo: "hemos trasladado su caso al departamento de incidencias"

In November 2021 I arranged with 1-Parking for my vehicle at Alicante Airport, in outside parking, for 4 days. I considered covered or even indoor parking but thought that a 2-hour blast up the motorway would clear any away Saharan dust that might arrive during my 4 day travel.

On my return and after a car wash, I discovered there was hail damage to the car which had occurred whilst with 1-Parking and under their care.

Their sympathetic local Customer Service readily admitted to the damage, in writing.

I made a claim under my car insurance and that claim for > €1,400 was accepted, but there was a €300 excess for the insurance company, for which I would be liable.

I wrote to 1-Parking asking them to cover this €300 cost. Despite several written reminders, now 2 months later, still no reply from 1-Parking management. Not even the courtesy of a negative reply.

I did inform them that I would be providing feedback to several sites on the event, and that feedback would be positive or negative depending on their response to my request for the reimbursement of my additional cost.

Apparently, they have reimbursed similar claims for contractual clients, but not for me as an ad hoc client.

So here is my NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on 1-Parking.
I'm giving it 2 stars because the local staff responded quickly and positively to my communications. Pity that management doesn't follow that good example.

Interesting that their two other competitors at Alicante advertise that they have insurance cover, whereas it seems 1-Parking do not have insurance cover.

So I urge you to consider this deficiency with 1-Parking when considering which parking company to use and which type of storage to use.

Me han devuelto el coche sucio por dentro ...tanto las alfombrillas del acompañante también...y migas dentro ...han utilizado mi coche ...he comprobado el seguimiento con un dispositivo que llevo .....los denununciare !! NO RECOMIENDO ESTA GENTE .

El servicio es bueno si sales más de 3 días, porque salgas 1 o 4, te cobran lo mismo (aviso por si tienes que adelantar la vuelta)
Pero si además, entregas en RENFE y cuando vuelves porque adelantas, no tienen personal disponible tendrás que recogerlo en el aeropuerto.
Servicio de lavado interior/exterior... mejor llévalo a una empresa que se dediquen a eso.
Mi opinión es que deberían ser justos y flexibles con la cantidad de días y si ocasionan un inconveniente para recoger el vehículo que tengan una forma de compensarlo.
La idea es buena pero si no se adaptan al mercado, no les veo mucho futuro.

La experiencia ha sido MUY MALA, nada recomendables. Se retrasaron 40 minutos, nos dieron el coche sucio por dentro y por fuera. Ya no es solo es que no lo limpiarán por fuera, que tenían que haberlo hecho, sino que por dentro vino con manchas en el asiento migas..., en fin un desastre de servicio. Otra cosa a destacar es que te dan indicaciones para que les puedas localizar, como por ejemplo que llevan una vestimenta específica, con colores determinados etcétera, bueno, pues nada de lo que dicen coincide con la realidad. La conclusión es que te venden un servicio premium y te lo que te dan es un servicio MUY MEDIOCRE. Gente desaliñada aspecto muy descuidado muy poco profesionales.
NO LO RECOMIENDO, PARA NADA

Mi mala experiencia con esta empresa me hace no poder recomendarla ! Aún más cuando confías en darle tu coche , que te lo laven y te lo devuelvan .

A parte de la impuntualidad ! Entregando en coche con más de 30 min de demora ! Deja mucho que desear el servicio de limpieza que ofrecen en su web.

Por lo que será la última vez que uso a esta empresa por la falta de profesionalidad .

Terrible servicio y peor atencion al cliente. Ademas de publicidad engañosa. Si apreciais vuestro coche EVITAD 1parking. Me devolvieron mi coche rallado, sucio de tierra por dentro y habiendo sido usado en mi ausencia. El conductor que me devolvió mi coche reconoció que al dejarlo no tenia esos arañazos e intento limpiar los pegotes que traia en el interior de las ventanas traseras y disimular los arañazos con el dedo 'por si se iba' (que no se fue)... Hace ya mas de un mes y no se hacen cargo, solo me dan largas. Denunciable! AVOID AVOID- SCAM
