Fui de viaje del 15 al 18 de junio desde el aeropuerto de Alicante, voy a pagar con el dinero que había dejado preparado del total de importe justo( ya que hay que pagar en metálico y a la vuelta) ,en el cenicero del coche y Sorpresa, esta vacío, todo lo habían cogido los 16 y pico euros, me dal el coche con la luz encendida de la presión de neumaticos( cuando se supone que los revisan) en otra ocasión yo de viaje y a los 5 días me dije un amigo he visto tu coche en el aeropuerto.... Sorprendente que cojan el coche cuando quieran sin permiso... Di una segunda oportunidad y el resultado es dinero robado del cenicero. Para mi no ha sido nada recomendable.

I tried to book today for three weeks at Malaga airport. I did not receive a confirmation mail. I contacted them than by phone, OMG!!! The lady on the phone was not able to understand or speak any English . This was not the first time i used the service from this company. All the last time I got my car back very dirty, waiting time for the car around 20 minutes, nobody speaks English. Service is horrible. I will pay more and try to use another company.

I've used 1 Parking Malaga several times and have always been pleased with their service. Their shuttle service is convenient and their rates are unbeatable.

We booked zone 3 and paid for but the car very often watched the sky and the stars….
They destroyed one tire of my nail-new bmw X5 and they informed us when we arrived in Málaga …
At 9:00 pm we had to rent a car for driving to our Apartment 100 km away.
Car had to be transported to BMW Malaga - Cost of Repair €511 - cost for car rental € 300 plus the time we had to invest.
They promised to pay the invoice when they receive it from me - I sent it 3 times to them.
No reaction - no answer…(since end of August 22)
I have contacted my lawyer now and he will try to manage now…
Be very careful and think twice before you give them your car - if anything happens with your car - they do not know you any longer…
This is criminal !!!!

Contraté el servicio del 14 al 17 de Abril incluidos los servicios de parking cerrado, limpieza de coche, interior y exterior así como el hinchado de ruedas, por importe de 33,30 €. El horario concertado de entrega y recogida perfecto. El problema vino en la recogida a las 11 de la noche en la estación de Renfe de Alicante, cuando arranqué y llevaba recorridos unos metros me di cuenta de que el parabrisas estaba sucio. Llamé por teléfono y me atendió la misma persona que me entregó el coche y me dijo que era un lavado de cortesía, increíble, un lavado para ensuciar en coche. Paré el vehículo i observe que la carrocería estaba sucia, llena de manchas blancas, lo que me indicó que el coche no estuvo en parking cerrado y tampoco se había limpiado el interior. Al día siguiente hice las oportunas fotografías y mandé un correo explicando la situación, la contestación fue que pasaban la incidencia al departamento de reclamaciones, así hasta tres correos y siempre con la misma contestación que pasaba al departamento de reclamaciones y a esta fecha 16-06-2023 o sea dos meses después, todavía no he recibido ni una disculpa ni una solución. Al parecer no existe un departamento de reclamaciones. Para mayor conocimiento de la empresa indicar que el número de albarán del servicio es 180131262. Aprovecho para informar a los usuarios que cobran en efectivo.

I had the good fortune to receive genuinely exceptional service from 1 Parking. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect from beginning to end. The proximity to the airport and its convenience were just the beginning. I felt valued as a customer because of the smooth reservation process and the helpful, polite employees.

1 Parking fue simplemente excepcional. Su ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, el proceso de reserva sin complicaciones y el trato amable del personal hicieron que todo fuera perfecto.

Horrific experience. Dirty car, flat front tire, 16 km driven since drop off, and as no one told me they do not take creditcard (wonder why) I had to go all the way back to the terminal to get cash. Worse though was the extremely unpleasant guy who dropped off the car. Full speed down the parking area to then dump it right across the pedestrian crossing for people to enjoy. My frustrations has ZERO effect on the guy who in extremely poor English could only respond that i needed to have more respect for him!!?. Never again!!

My experience with 1 Parking in Malaga was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, their support told me they were open 24/7 which was true because I arrived at 4am in the morning and they got the phone. Just had a little problem while going out of the parking express with the ticket which they sorted but other than that, very good service!

Brought my car back with a large dent in the driver door. Still waiting after 2 weeks for any acknowledgment what so ever.
Avoid.

We have used 1-parking approximately five times.

One time the antenna was missing when we picked up the car. 1-parking "knew nothing about it" and it cost 80 EUR to replace it.

This time I was suspicious so I took a screenshot of the dashboard just before we gave the car to 1-parking. The tank was 1/4 full. But when we picked it up, the tank was empty and the car had been driven for 14 kilometers.

So, with 1-parking, we have had an antenne and 1/4 tank of gas stolen.

Additionally, there was a big dent in the door - probably from someone banging another car door into our car. When pointing this out, the personnel said they could do nothing about it and referred us to an email address.

We have now complained THREE times to this email address - and have receized ZERO answers.

So, a stark warning to other (potential) customers: STAW AWAY.

PS: Note that the positive reviews are from "reviewers" who have only ever made ONE review - for 1-parking. I wonder if those reviews are real?!

Aeropuerto de Alicante. Me devuelven el vehículo con el apoyabrazos central estropeado. Y como es de esperar, no saben nada!
Primera vez con esta empresa y última. No lo recomiendo. Me va ha salir caro el servicio. Además sólo admiten el pago en metálico. No son de fiar.

As a long-time customer of 1 Parking, I can say that their service has always been reliable and efficient. Its location close to the airport departures terminal and easy booking process have made parking my car a stress-free task. The staff have always been friendly and professional at all times, and the attention to detail in caring for my car is greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, I would recommend 1 Parking to anyone looking for a safe and reliable parking spot in Malaga Airport

Contrate un servicio con ellos y me devolvieron el coche sin una placa qué lleva el limpia faros el coche super sucio, como si lo hubiesen tenido en la calle y con el piloto encendido de la presión de los neumáticos y según el precio lo limpiaban por dentro y por fuera y le miraban la presión de los neumáticos qué este no fue realizado y encima me hacen mandar un correo electrónico y hace más de un mes de esto y nadie sabe nada es un robo y no son nada profesionales, Es Un ROBO , no lo recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE.
After 6 years as a customer I have had enough of 1-Parking. Latest incident: 47 minutes to deliver my car after phoning them. On their website they promise "within 15 minutes" And lots of other people waiting for their car, even though 3 company staff just stood there joking. This has happened so many times, and they don't really care. Furthermore they promise to wash the car: this is either NOT DONE or it is done badly. Often driver side footwell is full of mud, though I pay for inside parking! They give me a ridicoulous explanation like with all complaints. They never take complaints seriously, and often they don't answer until you send them a strong reminder. Customer service is non-existent. So now I use a more professional company.

Un servicio muy cómodo a un precio muy asequible, sin dudarlo lo recomiendo.

Es un servicio muy cómodo, nos habló de ello mi hijo. Nos íbamos de viaje y la comodidad del servio facilita el planear viajes no dependemos de nadie para el tema del coche. En esta ocasión hasta contraté el llevarlo a la ITV y ellos se encargaron. Encantados con ello Dani es muy profesional, gracias.
