Lifetime Warranty? +Updates
March 20 Update-
I did not receive a response to my request for a replacement frame despite being assured I would hear back this past week and sending a reminder email. We are well past a month of back and forth with long gaps in between. It is riding season and I would have built another bike if I had known this would not have materialized in time for an upcoming trip to Utah next week.
March 13 Update-
Customer service offered cash settlement and I dispose of frame(distance too great to ship economically). I have asked for a replacement frame.
March 10 Update-
Finally received email from customer service stating, “We changed our cusotmer contact system a few weeks ago”. They requested documentation, pictures, etc. again after already saying it was received nearly 1 month ago. I sent info again and will post any relevant updates.
Original Post-
I would have given this company 5 stars before they just stopped returning my emails. It has been nearly 4 weeks since I heard from Customer Service regarding my broken frame. The last communication received was, “ I'm on with our supplier and will come back to you as soon as possible.” February 13, 2026. 4 emails have been sent since receiving that and no reply.
I will revise this review when we reach a resolution on this Lifetime Warranty frame.
