Poor service from the get go
Went in to talk about upgrading our car which was coming up to ending. Waited 25 minutes, not one single person acknowledged us, nor this other couple who was waiting.
Sales men all seemed to be gathered in the office waiting for their lunch order. Which I understand, lunch is important. But an acknowledgment is also important. And when someone did come out, first impressions wasn’t great, it was like it was an issue.
The two stars are just for the bald sales man who kindly didn’t waste any time going through the stock and finding the car we wanted but it wasn’t at a price we wanted, was only with him for 10 mins. But the whole impression was off from the moment we walked in.
It was like no one wanted to help.
It was crazy as 3 and half years ago when walking into seat lookers cheetham hill, was completely different, the vibe was good, upon entering we was greeted and approached by Lloyd! Brilliant and top salesman, shame he went. He had the gift of the gab.
Just to note: it wasn’t busy the showroom on the Saturday when we went. It was empty.
So we went over the road to HPL and exchanged our car, and they got us what we was looking for almost immediately, picked it up a week later.
Sorry lookers Stockport but your service was poor. Hopefully you can take this on board.
