Very quick and easy to book an appointment. However was not informed until arrival that if the fault was not as described there could be a £180 diagnostic charge. Fault was as described and repaired at no cost under warranty.

The site information and the information that comes with the dehumidifier state that it has a night mode. The night mode can only be set using the app. Their is no night mode settings on the app. When I phoned the helpline was told their is no night mode. False advertising.
