Came to Welwyn Garden City to buy some shirts. The offering is appalling- nothing in regular sizing, no explanation of sizing, v poor neck size availability, many shirts in damaged packaging. Frankly you would do better not to sell business shirts - you do it so badly! Also wanted a toaster - only available on line ! - poor assistant had to work hard to get technology to work but we got there in the end. The whole process on Amazon for a next day delivery would have taken less than a minute. Store staff are now in camouflage- very difficult to spot in their shorts, jeans and polo shirts. I am in my scruff clothes and smarter than many. A thoroughly depressing experience- I doubt I will be back
