I wanted the item delivered earlier than the date promised. The customer service receptionist contacted the depot and was able to arrange delivery as I had requested.

The delivery of the service was good & the pick up & drop off worked well.
But they didn’t have the parts needed & so there were delays Which I thought could have been avoided

There was some slight difficulty finding a date to suit me. But the fitter was very competent
