Mercedes-Benz Dashcam Fault Rectification

I had a problem with the Mercedes-Benz Dashcam system fitted to my car in that it was not recording in Park Mode. Having spoken to Mercedes-Benz of Brighton about the problem they collected the car as promised, investigated the defect, which was identified as a wiring fault, and rectified it by replacing a wiring loom. I was kept informed on progress throughout and the car was redelivered to me with the Dashcam now working perfectly. I had half expected to be told at the start that the fault lay in the camera and I would have to buy a new one however the MB technician working on the problem clearly had the expertise to actually identify the fault and rectify it. All in all very good customer service and excellent technical capability.
