Never trust a salesman
After seeing my perfect car on auto trader
I made an initial enquiry, I asked a few simple questions, I was sent a video walk round of the car, I then questioned the headlights as one appeared not as bright as the other. The salesman assured me it was just the video, and they were definitely the same,
Stupidly I trusted the salesman and bought the car
He also said I've put you some fuel in it (£40)
I was then charged for this on the invoice??
When the car was delivered it was empty of fuel and there is a fault with the headlight, also within the first 2 days of owning the car an engine management light has come on,
I think I will be returning the car under the distance selling laws,
We will see how that goes ???
Update made an official complaint as per the reply posted here....
And rang customer service
Still no reply or any communication!!!!

Still no joy official complaints procedure still hasn't responded,
Can't get in touch will anyone other than the sales manager
Sent 5 emails regarding refund of warranty work which was agreed, no reply, no refund ????
