The customer service provided by Ben was outstanding. Over the course of two saturdays he got both me and my partner fitted for snow boots and ordered them in for us. He did all of this whilst managing a stream of other customers. Despite a heavy workload of customers he was calm and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and also advised my partner on suitable snowboards for his riding style. He is a valuable member of the Bristol TSA - and 100% the reason why we purchased all our gear from there. Also, the other staff members were incredibly friendly.

Used the product for the first time sunday night before bed and my my face was a bit itchy coming out of thr shower. Woke up yesterday with itchy hives on my neck and face which have today blistered. Didn't suspect the shampoo to be the cause and washed my hair with just the shampoo and immeadiately came out in more hives on my neck and swelling under my eye. Very dissapointed as I've heard great things and bought the big set with scalp oil.

Really easy use however my parcel was sitting in a puddle of water which had tracked inside the locker.
