Great experience with an extra nice touch

I bought a TV by ringing Richer Sounds. The person I dealt with was very clear, precise and gave good information. The delivery was exactly as predicted and a really nice touch was that he rang me a few days after delivery to check that everything was OK and that I was happy with the TV.

Easy and efficient

It was very easy to order the microwave I bought and the price was good. I opted to collect the microwave from their Castle Donnington site, which also proved to be very slick and easy.

John Lewis did respond satisfactorily and the shop searched for the item

My wife tried a top on in the fitting room but thinks she might have lost a necklace. We rang the shop twice to ask if it had been found and non both occasions a recorded message told us to leave our name and number and someone would ring us. No body rang on either occasion. Very poor customer service.
