Good place to buy but their delivery restrictions made it very awkward. Originally insisted someone had to be in to accept the delivery and said there would be a charge if we were not there to take it. I phoned and explained we would likely be out during the day so I said that maybe I should just cancel the order - told there would be a charge despite have no more than a general idea when it would be delivered so could hardly stay in all day. They then said it could be left at the property if I emailed to say I would accept responsibility for it (I have lots delivered without me be here!! I emailed accordingly. The next day they arrived when i was out and did not leave the parcel - very frustrating. Call Bell and they eventually arranged for a delivery later in the day. So all ended well. However, a very frustrating process and I would not have ordered from them if I knew they were so restrictive.

Company and product was great, the delivery service was diabolical, the driver blocked my neiboughs driveway and he could not get out, when she got it off the lorry she was not helpfull in helping to get it to the front door and just left it sitting in the middle of the driveway so no cars could get in or out

The toilet roll holder is expensive but absolutely well worth it.

Was advised delivery date may slip a little, but three weeks was unfortunate.

Offered us only 40% of our delivery that we had bought and paid for due to claimed shortages.
However, I could order plenty at their new, higher (double) price it seems.
That is dishonest and theft.

Purchasing the product was easy, We were not informed of our delivery untill the morning of the delivery, luckerly we could arrange for someone to be home. The delivery driver was extreamly rude, could not put four words togeather in english and was expecting my wife to except delivery from the road side.
It is a shame as I wont be useing you again.

Low fan noise when heat is on, soon warms the room up.
Comes with a remote control to change flame and bed settings and can set to a maximum temperature that suits you.
Would highly recommend this stove and Bell company who kept me up to date on delivery.

We visited the store less than two weeks ago where we had an excellent experience. The sales people were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy. They delivered our fire this morning as per our conversation with the logistics manager. It was refreshing to deal with respectful human beings as opposed to automated systems. The delivery men were respectful, friendly and courteous. Great company to deal with and would highly recommend to others.
