Yes it was a low mileage 2025 approved car with a full warranty but nevertheless James Churchill, whilst being enthusiastic and keen to put himself out to close the sale, achieved his goal by the manner in which he came across as straight and honest, and gave me the confidence to make the jump.
Whilst it was a 9 hour round trip to collect the car we would have no hesitation in going through the same process next time round with James. Whatever reputation is sometimes attributed to car sales, James proved himself to be the exception, from our opening telephone conversation, through the various discussions to the eventual formalities and handover.
