The staff were very helpful and kept me updated throughout.
They were able to fit me in quickly and accommodated my need to drop the car off a day earlier.
They were unable to find a fault with my coolant system but have assured me if the problem happens again they will investigate free of charge.
Shout out to Debbie and Mark who were very helpful and professional.
Have always used Lookers and whilst more expensive I always feel reassured they have done a good job.

Not tried this method of delivery before but as a first go it was very easy.
I was kept informed of progress and given 4 days to collect.

I went in on spec as I thought I had a slow puncture. They checked all my tyres and whilst finding no fault the young man dealing with my car sought a broader understanding of my car use and offered an intelligent reason for the lost of pressure.
As no work was required, there was no charge.
This level of service seems very rare and I would not hesitate to use again and to recommend them.

I have been a member of The Audience Club since 2008, which I think was around the time it was launched.
Over time it has evolved and I believe has grown into a very valuable organisation for the arts and performance community.
I have seen some great plays, shows and performances and even done some walks over the years. Many I wouldn't have chosen independently of The Audience Club but they broadened my experience and tastes and some venues I have gone back to independently.
It is a great way to support venues particularly the fringe ones. I always buy a drink & programme to support them.
The administrators of the club are very approachable.
I would highly recommended The Audience Club.
I think what they do is amazing.
